The arrangement

The Studio.

One operator. Five AI specialists. No employees or agency. Four commerce brands, fourteen apps, two publications, and this site come out of one operating model: AI handles repeatable work while direction, taste, approval, and accountability stay human.

"AI-powered" is easy to say and hard to prove. Here it means five named specialists with clear jobs, written runbooks, and systems they can operate. They research, draft, test, reconcile, and monitor. I choose the problems, set the standard, approve consequential actions, and own every result.

The model works because the line is explicit. AI brings speed, patience, and repeatability. It does not bring taste, accountability, relationships, or a point of view. Those stay human on purpose.

THE AI TEAM RUNS

The loops.

  • The back office: invoicing, briefs, first drafts, and deployment preparation
  • Research and the boring 80% of building apps and sites
  • Curating and wiring the affiliate publications
  • Anything repeatable that can be checked against a clear standard
THE HUMAN KEEPS

What matters.

  • Taste and direction: which of a hundred options is actually me
  • Every consequential decision, and the accountability for it
  • The calls, the relationships, the real human on the phone
  • The wanting: the machine has none; all of it is mine

No consequential action runs without me. AI does not move money, publish work, or send a message in my name without approval. That is not a limitation I am working around. It is the design. The leverage is only worth having if the judgment stays human.
