Pantry Pal is built to keep your lists private and in your own hands. The developer does not collect, store, or see any of your data. There are no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.
Your lists and items are stored in your own Apple iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. They sync across your devices through iCloud. There is no developer-run server, and the developer has no access to your lists.
When you choose to share a list, the people you invite can view and edit that list through Apple's standard iCloud sharing. Only the people you invite have access, and you can stop sharing at any time from within the app. Shared data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Your chosen theme and any wallpaper photo you set are stored only on your device and are never uploaded or shared.
If you set a custom wallpaper, the app accesses only the single photo you pick, at the moment you pick it. It does not browse your photo library.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone.
